There are actually 3 ways to log in to your Clapper account.
You can use your registered phone number, Facebook ID, and Email address.
Now, in order to recover your Clapper, you have to make sure which sign-in methods you’ve used for your personal account.
Based on that, you can reset your password for those login methods by visiting their place externally.
For example, if my Facebook is unlinked from Clapper and I don’t know its password as well, then I will first retrieve my Facebook password and use it as login for Clapper later on.
Note: This method doesn’t work when it comes to mobile numbers.

How to Recover Your Deleted Clapper Account?
Anyone can terminate their Clapper account from account settings.
You can delete your Clapper by opening account settings from profile>Manage Account>Delete Account>Continue.
But when you request for account deletion then you can’t cancel the process.
So, if your Clapper is deleted permanently then you can’t recover it.
The only solution you will have is to create a new account and forget about the terminated one.
How to Get Back Your Clapper After Getting Hacked?
Hacking an account is a common thing on social media platforms.
There are tons of people every month who lost their accounts because of hacking.
If you think your account is hacked suddenly out of nowhere and you can’t get it back then do contact for Clapper support.
You can write an email appealing to reset your account completely if possible.
But there is less chance your email will be under review by the team because of hacking.
Once the account is hacked then it’s quite hard to reclaim it back.
So, the chance of success in this process is 50-50.

I don’t think you can get your account back when it was banned permanently.
Clapper will first send a warning notification for violating their community guidelines before banning.
But if you ignore their warning and move to do the same thing over again then your account will be banned forever.
You should know that Clapper will not take action if the case is minor that is not harmful to anyone.
If your action causes damage to other people’s life as well as Clapper’s terms then you will be terminated.
So, it’s better not to appeal for a request to their helpline.
How to Retrieve Your Clapper After Getting Disabled?
The disabled account is a temporary case that can be unlocked anytime.
But the power to do so will be only in the hands of Clapper itself.
Besides, we can’t tell when will Clapper enable the user’s account since we don’t have control over it.

What to Do If You Can’t Recover Your Clapper?
It’s quite difficult for restoring your account aside from a forgotten password.
Clapper won’t look after your email for account recovery most of the time.
So, instead of wasting time, you can make a new Clapper and go with it.
In your new account, copy and post the same thing just like in your previous profile if it’s your business account.
But if the account is for normal use then it doesn’t matter inviting the change.

Can You Recover a Clapper Account After a Year?
I can’t exactly tell whether you can retrieve your account after a year or not.
But as far as I know, Social media apps won’t keep their user’s accounts for that long when it’s permanently locked.
They will remove the old disabled account from their database for other new ones.
At least you can give it a try.
